How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer several methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking  and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.  Also, you have to pay home delivery charges as extra.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Net banking). In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 40,000. Its strictly a cash-only payment method; cheque or other payment methods cannot be used for COD orders.
Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard -  Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is 2-4 days approx. It may differ from one item to another.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Cancellations & Returns

What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item,  replaced?
30 Day Replacement Guarantee
All products sold at our website are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. Inform us of any problems, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you.

To get a defective item replaced

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call our executive, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

How do I cancel an order ? Alternatively, how do I return a product?
For cancellations by you:
-If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
-If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

-If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
